With more than 20 years of progressive experience in mining supply chain management across Africa and abroad, I have successfully led teams from middle to senior management levels.
My expertise spans procurement, logistics, warehousing, ERP implementations, and the management of large CAPEX and OPEX budgets. I recently completed a five-year fixed-term contract with Glencore’s KCC asset in the DRC, where I delivered measurable improvements in supply chain efficiency and cost control.
I am passionate about driving operational excellence, building local business capacity, and applying innovative solutions to complex global supply challenges.

This qualification gave me a strong foundation in the core areas of supply chain and logistics management. My studies covered subjects such as transport and distribution, purchasing and inventory control, supply chain planning, budgeting, and maintenance management. The programme also included a strong focus on people management, health and safety, and industrial relations, helping me to develop a balanced skill set for both operational and strategic roles.
