With more than 20 years of progressive experience in mining supply chain management across Africa and abroad, I have successfully led teams from middle to senior management levels.
My expertise spans procurement, logistics, warehousing, ERP implementations, and the management of large CAPEX and OPEX budgets. I recently completed a five-year fixed-term contract with Glencore’s KCC asset in the DRC, where I delivered measurable improvements in supply chain efficiency and cost control.
I am passionate about driving operational excellence, building local business capacity, and applying innovative solutions to complex global supply challenges.

The programme also included a strong focus on people management, health and safety, and industrial relations, helping me to develop a balanced skill set for both operational and strategic roles.
